If you're looking for something a little more hands on in a flower show, with an exotic angle, then the 9th Annual Ikenobo Ikenaba Arrangement Exhibition is right up your alley. But it's coming soon - November 13, 2005 at 10:30am.
Located in the Clarion Hotel Ballroom (600 Metro Place North in Dublin, OH), flower lovers will be able to see the beautiful and intricate methods of traditional Ikenobo Japanese Ikenaba flower arrangement. But this show isn't just about seeing.
Workshops and demonstrations are available to make sure that you can do this on your own. And of course, if you'd just like to watch, there are isplays for you to enjoy.
Two workshops will be offered throughout the day, one from noon to one, and the other from 2:30 until 3:30pm.
A live flower arranging demonstration can be seen at 1:00pm.
Stop in from 10:30am to 6pm to enjoy the wonderful beauty of this Japanese art form. General admission is free. And it's only $6 to reserve a seat at one of the workshops.
Reservations will be taken starting in October of 2005, so make sure that you call is you want some hands on experience.
