Bring your gloves and your imagination, it's time to get decorating for the holidays!
On December 9 and 10, you can go out to the Cylburn Mansion/Cylburn Arboretum greenhouses for a walk-in Swag Making workshop. The pre-registration starts at 10am and goes until 2pm. Materials are provided, but really, bring some gloves to work in.
And if you pre-register, you can sign up for an evergreen centerpice, evergreen wreath or boxwood topiary workshop.
What better way to decorate the halls of your house than with a home made centerpice on the dining room table? This workshop is on Friday at noon, Saturday at 10:30am.
To make the evergreen wreath, you'll need to call ahead and attend on Saturday at 1pm. The Boxwood topiary workshop is on Saturday at 9am.
General admission is free, but the swag workshop will cost $20, the others cost $25 for materials.
And why not take a tour around the mansion before and after you're done working. Hours are from 9am to 2pm both Friday and Saturday.
