To get to the lecture in Del Mar, CA- San Diego County on January 9, 2006:
From coastal North San Diego County and Orange County:
You will need to take Interstate 5 south. Then, exit at Via De La Valle, turn west (right turn at the base of the off-ramp)and take Via De La Valle west to Jimmy Durante Boulevard and turn left at about a tenth of a mile.
The entrance to the Fairgrounds will be on your right.
From Riverside County and inland North San Diego County:
You will need to take Interstate 15 south, to Highway 78 west, to Interstate 5 south or you can take Interstate 15 south, to Highway 76 west, to Interstate 5 south. You then exit at Via De La Valle, turn west (right turn at the base of the off-ramp)and take Via De La Valle west to Jimmy Durante Boulevard (about one-tenth mile), turn left.
The entrance to the Fairgrounds will be on your right.
From coastal San Diego:
You are going to take Interstate 5 north and exit at Via De La Valle, turn west (left turn at the base of the off-ramp) and take Via De La Valle west to Jimmy Durante Boulevard (for three-tenths mile) and turn left.
The entrance to the Fairgrounds will be on your right.
From inland San Diego:
You need to take Interstate 15 north or south, to Highway 56 west, to get to Interstate 5 north. Then exit at Via De La Valle, turn west (left turn at the base of the off-ramp)and take Via De La Valle west to Jimmy Durante Boulevard (about three-tenths mile) and turn left.
The entrance to the Fairgrounds will be on your right.
From eastern San Diego County:
You can take Interstate 8 west, to Interstate 805 north, to Interstate 5 north or you can take Interstate 8 west, to Highway 125 north, to Highway 52 west, to Interstate 805 north, to Interstate 5 north.
Then, exit at Via De La Valle, turn west (that's the left turn at the base of the off-ramp)and take Via De La Valle west to Jimmy Durante Boulevard (about three-tenths mile), turn left.
